 I am not watching football. .............I don't like football much.....except Championship finals if my husband's team is playing: luckily his team win a lot of Championship cups. His team is the one with the white T-shirt, white shorts and a player from Wales.

Here are the dates for UNIT 4 EXAMS:

Tuesday 22nd January : 3ºA
Thursday 24th January : 3ºB 4ºA
Friday 25th January: 5ºA 5ºB 4ºB
Thursday 31st January : 6ºB

UNIT 3 EXAMS before and after the long weekend

Soon we will be in December and then not long until the Christmas holidays, but we have to continue until school finishes on 21st December.

 Keep working hard and studying! I know you are tired.

Here are the exam dates for UNIT 3:

Tuesday 4th December :     9:00 5ºB

                                          11:00 4ºB

                                           13:15 5ºA

Wednesday 5th December :  10:00 4ºA

                                              13:15 3ºA

Thursday 13th December :    9:00 6ºB

Friday 14th December :        12:15 3ºB

3ºB and 6ºB have the exam a week later because they have missed classes because of bank holidays this term on 1st & 2nd November and  on 7th & 8th December. Both classes have English on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.

*Here is a summary ( 30% communication in English ,30% homework, 30% tests, 10% attitude). I reduced the communication from 40% of the mark to 30% and in exchange, added 10% for attitude.

 Welcome to the summer term!  

3º & 6º
This term we are going to do units 6 and 7.
The students of 3rd and 6th grade are going to do official exams also.


OFFICIAL EXAM DATES: 
3ºAB.   Thursday 26th April        Friday 27th April
EXAMS IN Spanish, Maths and English-

6ºAB  Monday 7th May.  Tuesday 8th May
EXAMS IN Spanish, Maths, Social and Natural Sciences & English-

55 minutes: Comprensión oral (  2 x audios) & Comprensión lectora ( 2 o 3 textos)
Las preguntas son tipo respuesta a) b) c) & también de escribir una/dos palabras
25 minutes : Expresión escrita : Suele ser escribir instrucciones y también redactar un texto

4º & 5º
This term we are going to do units 6, 7 and part of unit 8.

This is the year of the DOG in the Chinese calendar!

Thsi is what we are studying:

3ºAB :   The theatre: preent continuous and prepositions

4ºAB : Deserts: present simple and use of always, sometimes, never

5ºAB : Expeditions: to be going to + infinitive ( future tense)

6ºAB: TV Programmes : telling the time ( la hora), past tense, anybody/somebody/nobody, anywhere/somewhere/nowhere,    anything/ nothing/ something , no-one, someone anyone

EXAM DATES:

3ºA 3ºB 4ºB: Thursday 1st February
 4ºA 5ºB : Friday 2nd February

UNIT 3 EXAMS

Hi kids!

Right now we are doing Unit 3 in English.

3RD GRADERS:  We begin Unit 3 Lesson 1 tomorrow * (Tuesday 28th November).

4TH GRADERS : We start Unit 3 Lesson 3 tomorrow   (Tuesday 28th November).

5TH GRADERS: We begin Unit 3 Lesson 4 tomorrow  (Tuesday 28th November).

6TH GRADERS: We begin Unit 3 Lesson 4 tomorrow  (Tuesday 28th November).

*Progress with 3rd graders has been affected by two school trips :1.Local library 2. Fires station 3. Traffic Safety lesson

As we have a long bank holiday weekend next week, Unit 3 exams will be during the LAST WEEK of this term.
