    Buenos días, Pamela.

    Te quería pedir por favor, que subas los archivos a descargar en un formato universal como es .PDF, de esta manera no es necesario actualizar el software para visualizarlo. En mi caso tengo una versión de WORD que me impide ver los .docx, ya que sólo puedo abrir los .doc... (es una versión anterior) y debo estar buscando alternativas.
